The challenge
HBI Australia partnered with loss adjusting firm Cunningham Lindsey to replace the roofs of the Bonville Golf Resort Clubhouse, Laundry, Green Keeping Compound Shed and Machinery Shed after a hail storm in November 2013. The total roofing area replaced was approximately 2,750m2 which included split pitches and bullnose sheeting. This prestigious project was carried out with no disruption to the everyday business operations of the golf resort and their busy function schedule. The project was a true test of HBI Australia’s project management skills and at the time, Bonville was not in our business as usual service area.
The result
HBI Australia’s specialised approach produced a successful outcome, putting closure on this large loss claim and leaving the Bonville resort management comforted by the fast, dynamic and professional HBI Australia experience. HBI Australia was contracted at Bonville Golf Resort to replace the roof on our Clubhouse, Pro Shop, Laundry, Green Keeping Compound Shed and Machinery Shed. All up, the total roofing area replaced was approximately 2,750m2. Cunningham Lindsay were the Insurance Assessors for the project and I could not speak more highly of them throughout the process of this large job.
