I started MSR Painting about four years ago on the Central Coast/Newcastle area. Prior to that I was working for another painting company who had teamed up with HBI Australia.

When I started my business, it was natural for me to stay with HBI Australia, they had confidence in my work, and I was familiar with how they operated. They provided a great steppingstone to allow my business to grow.

Today I employ anywhere between 5 to 7 painters at any one time, and HBI Australia continues to be a key part of my business, representing about 60% of the work. I like the jobs we do for them because they are always well organised, and consistent which is perfect for me as I don’t have to chase that part of the work.

For any tradie, especially if they are new to an area, working for HBI Australia can be a great way to grow the business.
